My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean or fresh as I would have liked, but the check-in at the management reception was efficient. The service was a mix of courteous and efficient behavior, but there was a concerning incident with a staff member during breakfast. The location was convenient to various attractions and restaurants, but there were solicitors in the parking lot. The dining experience was enjoyable with a nice pool area and a cozy atmosphere. However, there were issues with certain amenities and lack of proper directions.

The service was a mixed bag; while Angel, our shuttle driver, was exceptional, a rude encounter with a staff member left a sour taste.
